My investigation has found that a Mr. John K. Sims instructed David Stockman of Howlett Clarke Cushman Solicitors. David Stockman having been in the employed by Mr. Sims for sometime. To act for the tenants freehold company on his behalf. David Stockman agreed to do this. Part of the instructions given to him by Mr. Sims was to acquire the Top Flat 318 South Coast road Peacehaven.
David Stockman and Tony Newey lied to Mr. Sims plus they covered up all the crimes surrounding this property they should have reported these to the Police. It has just come out that David Stockman did nothing about purchasing this flat. In the mean time he was working with a P. Brotherton to pass it into his hands
Their involvement with criminal landlords they have covered up information concerning Mark Slade the Preddy fraudster AKA Marcel Sulc plus they are working with an associate of M. Sulc a P. Brotherton
(Mr. John K. Sims is the President of Seabridge International Shipping Inc.

HOWLETT CLARKE CUSHMAN SOLICITORS From documents I have seen are fully
aware of the fact that the Preddy Fraudster Mark Slade aka Marcel Sulc claimed
to be the owner but had put the flat in the name of a J. Wolwowicz. As part of
money, laundering the flat was used as a base for drug dealing and fraud. In
addition, there are a wide range of crimes concerning Lewes District Council
still to be investigated
David Stockman and Tony Newey have all the facts and information
contained on these sites and know they are true

10 July - Police find murder weapon in drain Brighton Police SEARCH FLAT. Murder of Katrina Taylor - a Simon Williams, Slades pick up man, charged with murder of Katrina Taylor.
20 October Police search flat - Burgess Hill Police RAID FLAT. Yet again members of Slades gang involved.
24 October - approx. 6.45pm - Newhaven Police raid upstairs and
take all 4 away for questioning. Search is very heavy handed - floorboards
pulled up and sawn through. Policeman falls into downstairs flat (yet again
members of Slades gang involved).

The flat was in fact purchased by one of the counties top fraudsters Mr Mark Slade to be used to run a credit fraud and drugs dealing from.

UPDATE IT SEEMS THAT A COMPANY CALLED GOUGHACRE LTD HAVE PURCHASED THIS LEASE
GETTING A MORTGAGE FROM THE HSBC BANK DAVID STOCKMAN WAS INVOLVED IN CRIMINAL DECEPTION TO GET THIS MORTGAGE KNOWING THAT THE FREEHOLDERS ARE STILL AWAITING A FULL POLICE INVESTIGATION IN TO MURDER CRIMINAL DAMAGE MONEY LAUNDERING THE LEASE WAS. PLUS HE KNEW THAT THE BUILDING WAS IN A EXTREMELY BAD CONDITION & MAYBE DANGEROUS
A PERSON CALLED BROTHERTON ACTING OUT OF NAUTICAL HOUSE 5 SHIP ST SHOREHAM-BY-SEA THIS PERSON SEEMS TO BE INVOLVED IN VARIOUS OTHER COMPANIES. HE IS LINKED TO MARCEL SULC.

ill all the time. YOU ARE TAKING FULL ADVANTAGE OF OUR POOR HEALTH AND MOBILITY
TO COVER UP CRIMES AND OTHER MAJOR CRIMINAL MATTERS CONCERNING THIS FIRM
Your
suggestion that Howlett Clarke solicitors investigate themselves they have lied
to us already.
We feel
that you should see that the police are called in.
Plus
you should L C O officer to take full statements and affidavits from us. The
partners are involved in these crimes as when Mr. Simms asked them to represent
us they had a partners meeting.
We are now glad that we recorded our meeting with
the L C O officer you have not informed us to the criminal offences committed
by Howlett Clarke solicitors which you must be fully aware of we have made a
list of crimes that they have committed to the best of our knowledge. We are
sure you can add more.

Selling the Lease of top 318 South Coast Road Peacehaven on to associates of Mark Slade
knowing full well that they knew that there was a string of criminal matters
connected to this lease which required a full police investigation.
They
knew that Sussex Police had covered up Top flat 318 South Coast Road Peacehaven
being used by Katrina Taylor’s killers.
Plus
Mr. Neilson had a legally aided case against Top flat 318 South Coast
Road. Mr. Newey lied to Mr. Neilson
saying the case was no good and binned his file.
Which
brings us to. The Debenture held
by Mr. Cox Mr. Neilson the FIRM had full knowledge of this and still sold the
lease.
After
David Stockman deceived Mr. Cox in to signing a document that he did not
understand.
Which
will brings as to the fact that all Documents have to be signed by both Mr. Cox
and Mr. Neilson.

Police authority. Which would have exposed Sussex Police Officers cover up of
the murder of Katrina Taylor.
